    I drove 18 wheelers for 15 yrs.,been in all 48 states. I really enjoyed your photos.Lots of memories. Question. What gear ratios do you use and when do you use them. Thanks Dave,keep up the good work,Mike

      Hi Mike,
      Thanks for checking out the blog and glad you enjoyed the pictures. As for the gears, I was running a set of 2:55 in the quick-change. That is my gear of choice when on these long runs. When I’m not doing an extreme drive I have a set of 2:70 I put in. The 2:55 are great for curisin’ keeping my engine RPM around 2,500 at 78 MPH. Hope that answers your questions.
